Haley and Ris begin their chat with a pre-workout from their most recent coffee discovery, a brand called Cometeer. They flash freeze coffee from a variety of specialty brands and serve them in single pour pods ranging from light to dark roasts! Then they move into their warm up to discuss all that we learned in Chapters 71-82. Finally we get into our Training where the Personal Trainers discuss their thoughts about this past season: their favorite and least favorite parts as well as what they’re post excited about in the upcoming books!

Haley and Ris begin their chat with a pre-workout from Cafe 86 in Burbank. Then they move into their warm up to discuss all that we learned in Chapters 61-70. Finally we get into our Training where the Personal Trainers discuss all that Feyre discovered when she looked in the Oroboros. How she accepted and loved all of her good and bad, showing that the two are what makes each of us whole. They go on to talk about their own personal journies of having to face their true selves, the good and the bad, in their fitness world and in their lives.

The beans are from a coffee farm located in La Fortuna and brewed using a French Press. Then they move into their warm up to discuss all that we learned in Chapters 51-60. Finally we get into our Training where the Personal Trainers discuss the theme of dreaming, playing, and getting to live out their dreams in reality. They recap their recent Renaissance Faire experience and the joy it brought them to bring fantasy to life!
